Most visitors will spend 4 hours or more at the park so allow plenty of time. Our tractor ride starts at 11:30am most days, first show is at 11:00 and last show is 2:30pm.
There are no discounts for late entry, last entry 2:30pm.

Wet days at the Big Goose can be heaps of fun if you dress appropriately! The playground is under cover as is the petting barn and tractor ride – the animals will still be hungry so bring your gumboots, coats and umbrellas!
Only if the weather is extreme will we close the farm so check our facebook page before you come.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. No cash out.

2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children, extra children with a family ticket come in at a discounted rate.

We have plenty of tables and chairs located around the farm for you to enjoy a picnic with family and friends whatever the weather!

All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years +)

A large majority of the park is accessible for all, with wide flat areas undercover in our main barns and animal barns and many easily accessible areas outside. Plenty of disabled parking is available and there is a disabled toilet too.

For the safety of our animals (and yours) we do not allow dogs at The Big Goose.

Due to fire risk we do not have BBQ facilities and you are not allowed to bring your own.

For the safety and well- being of our animals, balloons, confetti and noise makers (party blowers/horns/whistles) are NOT allowed under any circumstances.
You will be asked to leave prohibited items in your car.

The Big Goose has a strict NO ALCOHOL policy.

Smoking is not permitted inside the farm.
A designated smoking shed is provided in the main carpark. Anyone found to be smoking while inside the Big Goose will be asked to leave.

We highly recommend pre-booking!
We run at a limited capacity – once tickets are sold out there will be no more available for that day.
Tickets can still be purchased at the gate as long as they are not sold out prior.

You do not need to wear a mask while at The Big Goose BUT if you cannot physically distance yourself from others it is recommended to wear a mask. Subject to change inline with current government guidelines
